Description:
Mark Tammett of Procon was appointed Project Manager to manage construction of a $20m design build irrigation scheme in mid Canterbury. Mark represented his client as if he was an employee, and had 6 other management and administration staff reporting to him for the project. Mark was responsible for programming, subcontract management, health and safety, claims, approval of invoices, and approval of all project costs. The project was delivered successfully on time and on budget.
