Description:
Procon is the development manager for this new development in North Canterbury consisting of 1,350 residential lots and up to 20 ha of commercial development. To date Procon has managed and co-ordinated all the specialist consultants required to design and consent the development, including critical analysis of their work to ensure it is kept practical and affordable. With commencement of the civil works construction in March 2017, Procon has a staff member on site full time representing the client, acts act as 'Principals Representative' under NZS3915, and approves all development costs for the project on behalf of the client.
