Description:
This project was handed to Procon after the design consultant's cost estimates came in well over the client’s budget. Procon undertook a review of the design and agreed design changes in conjunction with the contractor, to confirm cost savings that allowed cost to be reduced to an acceptable level. Procon acted as Engineer to Contract under NZS3910 for construction, with the project delivered on time and on budget.
