Procon was contracted to provide a competitive turnkey design and build package for two small farm dams at a fixed price. Value engineering was key to this project; avoiding conservative and costly design parameters to keep the capital cost down, in return for increased maintenance. Procon then proceeded to engage designers, tender the construction, and complete the works under their supervision and hand over to a very satisfied client.
